Hello
every one may have a bad habit or sort of addiction, wants to get rid of it, and breaks it.
Do you also have such habits which you want to quit .I'll mention 10 practical ways and methods to overcome with that.
1: Make sure a positive reinforcement is there for you!
Quitting a habit is hard enough and if you don’t have any positive influences to support you may seems to be a bit difficult.
2: Give yourself a frequent reward
you are familiar with this subject, whenever you give yourself reward it helps you to be more attracted in the case.
3: Substitute a bad habit for a healthy new one
this is also clear .For example if you eat more junk food you can substitute it for something good.
4: Quit or change for YOURSELF first, not any one else
this fact is very important .because whenever you try to do a job with your own decision; it will make you more serious in the job.
5: Use professional help and dependable support network
a good consult can give you a better advice and clarify the proper way.
6: Start a stress reduction when you begin your program
Ok this is also very important for you .during quitting a bad habit, a surge of bad and weaken ideas will come to your mind and makes you cynic .so try to be calm and tender .and be a bit more patient.
7: Don’t get on the "guilt train" during your journey to self improvement
Here you have to observe this rule: never try to come back on the bad habit even for a short time, because it will undo what ever you have done during your process.
8: Get yourself in a routine of physical exercise
Ok you can fill some of your spare time in health clubs or doing some physical exercises to keep your body healthy and fresh.
9: Hit the rock bottom, if you must to get motivated
Start from now and never fear of facing with danger. This is a great chance for you to do this trail. Moreover, you should say you can.
10: Pace yourself, depending on your particular situation.
Do not gauge your progress or lack of same based on other people's experiences, what you read, see on television, etc. You are unique, both in your body and in mind. Everyone heals, recovers, and changes at different rates and in different ways. Do not be fooled by the ads .So try to be dependant on your own.

سلام . دوست عزیز این موارد در موردچکونگی ترک رفتارهای بد در زندگی بود .اینم بگم اولین قدم تو دوست برای اجرای فرمان مولات میتونه همین باشه که اول اون حس رخوت و بی میلی نسبت به این زبان و کنار بذاری. اگه محتواشو نگاه کنی می بینی اون قدا پیچیده نیست . این شا ا.. فارسی شم واستون مینویسم .
